How can I verify myself?

To be able to use Bling without restrictions, you will be asked for verification in the app. To verify yourself, you will need your ID, a quiet place and 8 minutes. You will be guided through the verification process step by step.

Is Bling safe?

Yes, your child can pay securely with Bling. In the app, you can flexibly define where the card works and what limits there should be. Of course, no debts are possible. And if the card is lost, you can block it in real time via the app and the pocket money balance is held by our partner in an account that is protected by the Deposit Protection Fund (FGDR). This means that the money is protected up to 100,000 euros by the compensation scheme. Good to know, even if you will probably never top up 100,000 euros in pocket money!

Money that you have invested with the saving trees is special assets. Special assets are separate from the assets of the investment company and also from the asset manager and are stored separately at an independent custodian bank. This ensures that the capital is protected from access by third parties or their creditors in the event of insolvency.

How long does card's shipping take?

Once you have added your child in the app, it will take around 6 working days for the card to arrive. If you have not received the card after 8 working days, please contact support.
